The Point at Pier 70
The Point at Pier 70 is Seattle's newest waterfront event venue, perched on the second-floor tip of historic Pier 70 offering sweeping 360-degree views of Elliott Bay, Olympic Mountains, downtown Seattle, and Olympic Sculpture Park. Built in 1902 by salmon packers Ainsworth & Dunn, this storied pier has served as warehouse, Coast Guard base, and famously as the 1998 set of MTV's The Real World: Seattle. Now reimagined as a premier event space where modern sophistication meets timeless Pacific Northwest beauty.
Historic note: Historic Pier 70 built in 1902 by salmon packers Ainsworth & Dunn for canning and shipping operations. Original old-growth timber structure visible in exposed beams and ceilings. Served as warehouse, Coast Guard base, and gained fame as 1998 MTV Real World: Seattle filming location.
