Overlook Walk
Elevated park space with native plantings and iconic views - the "million-dollar selfie spot." 6,050 sq ft with 3,050 sq ft covered canopy. Connected to Pike Place Market.

Four separate venue spaces with expansive views. 18,000 sq ft plaza with lawn and grove areas. Adjacent to marine-themed playground and staffed public restroom.
Railroad Way South
New venue in historic Pioneer Square near Lumen Field. Transformable space for game day celebrations, outdoor markets, concert merchandise.
