Historic note: Opened November 6, 2006 with inaugural concert by Seal. Created through AEG Live and First & Goal partnership within the Lumen Field Event Center. Originally named under a 10-year deal with Washington Mutual bank. After WaMu's 2008 bankruptcy, the name was retained but reinterpreted as 'Washington Music Theater.' Located adjacent to Lumen Field in Seattle's SoDo district.

Parking Lumen Field Event Center Garage available on event days (opens 6am, closes 2 hours post-event, first-come first-served). Additional public parking lots nearby in SoDo district ($10-$30). Lumen Field season ticket holder lots not available for WaMu events.
Accessible(?) Accessible seating available first-come first-served for GA shows; designated accessible seats purchasable for reserved shows. Ushers assist with accessible platform seating. Government-funded Personal Care Attendants may receive complimentary admission when required for guests with severe disabilities.
