Historic 1925 building housing 7 distinct event spaces. Formerly ACT Theatre, merged with Seattle Shakespeare Company in 2024. Spaces range from The Allen Theatre (434 seats, theatre-in-the-round) to intimate lobbies. Includes Falls Theatre (409 seats), Bullitt Cabaret (200 standing/160 seated), Eulalie Scandiuzzi Space (90 standing), Buster's Space (120 standing, downtown views), Ackerley Forum + Falls Lobby (100 standing), and PONCHO Lobby (100 standing).
