A rooftop cocktail bar on the 16th floor of the Graduate Hotel in the U-District, operated by LA hospitality group Houston Brothers. The space offers panoramic views of the Olympic and Cascade mountain ranges. The vibe is upscale but not stuffy — craft cocktails, mountain-lodge decor, and a crowd that skews older than the neighboring college bars. Definitely not a PBR-and-shot spot. Check-in at the hotel lobby, then take the elevator up.
