Self-proclaimed "World's Original Pie Bar" on Capitol Hill, open since 2013. The concept is simple: pie and drinks, late night. Both sweet pies (apple, berry, cream varieties) and savory pies available, all made in-house. The bar serves cocktails including pie-themed "Pietinis" and Apple Pie Mules. Late night hours (until 2am) and "Drunkin Choir" karaoke after dark make it a destination for the post-bar crowd. Walk-in only, no reservations.
