Ballard Homestead
Historic 1904 church converted to nonprofit community space. Music & culture events by Abbey Arts. No alcohol permitted.
Historic note: Built in 1923, renovated 2014-15 with major renovations led by Brian Wardlaw and community volunteers. Reopened March 2015 as a community arts space curated by Abbey Arts. In 2012, local community members and young church leaders came together to open the space for the community.

Facilities
Rental Policies
No alcohol served at shows. Light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages may be available. Venue policy: 'No drunken rowdiness.' Private rental alcohol policy may differ.
$1,500-$2,500 for reception; includes 8 hours (setup and cleanup). Additional hours $100/hr. Often lower pricing than typical venues.
