A 2,000 sq ft historic, naturally lit blank canvas space in the heart of Pioneer Square. Locally owned and operated since 2021, the venue sits on Occidental Avenue and hosts weddings, elopements, birthday and anniversary parties, bridal and baby showers, photo and film shoots, pop-up shops and markets, art exhibitions, and community events. The space participates in Pioneer Square Art Walk with a monthly night market on first Thursdays featuring 20–30 local artists and makers. Furniture is not included; clients bring their own or coordinate with recommended rental companies.
